Web Development Services

Our approach to web development is about creating digital experiences that genuinely work for the people who use them and the businesses behind them.

Every website we develop is created with intent. From data architecture to accessibility, from performance to configuration, our focus is on precision, reliability and results. We design and develop with purpose, ensuring each site works seamlessly and achieves its goals.

Our development services go beyond writing code. They’re about understanding what your website needs to do and building solutions that deliver - tested, refined and built to last.

The projects below show how that thinking comes to life, from complex data integrations to interactive dashboards and bespoke user journeys. Every build is a reflection of our commitment to doing things properly.

Highlife

Highlife partnered with Geek to transform their printed catalogue into a dynamic, digital website. The objective was to modernise their product presentation and align it with competitors already offering rich online catalogues.

We began by creating a structured database capable of handling over 400 products and their variations. A bespoke import template was developed to standardise Highlife’s data, ensuring fast performance and scalability as the catalogue expanded.

Their complex hierarchy of parent, child and grandchild categories required a tailored categorisation system, while an attribute builder allowed Highlife to assign product details – such as colours, sizes and finishes – through an intuitive interface.

Built on a headless CMS and powered by a Next.js front end with GraphQL integration, the new website delivered exceptional speed, flexibility and content control. Highlife’s once-static brochure evolved into a living, data-driven digital experience, ready to adapt and grow with their business.

Delivery Wizard

Delivery Wizard approached Geek to build a digital platform that simplified international shipping for users. The goal was to create a system where customers could enter parcel details – such as size, weight and destination – and instantly receive delivery options from leading couriers.

We integrated two major APIs, UPS and DHL, each with distinct requirements. Our system was designed first to request available delivery options, then, once selected, retrieve all shipment details – labels, destinations and confirmations. A final callback ensured each booking was verified and scheduled for collection, with accurate invoicing and tax data included.

To enhance usability, we developed a customer dashboard showing live order statuses and shipment progress. Each user also had a personal address book, allowing frequent shippers to store and reuse delivery details with confidence.

The result was a smooth, intelligent platform that brought together complex courier systems into one seamless experience – making global delivery simpler, faster and error-free.

IMF

To give their team more control over updates and content management, the IMF wanted to move their website to WordPress. The challenge lay in their existing system, which was built on a PostgreSQL database – entirely incompatible with WordPress’s native MySQL framework.

What initially appeared to be a straightforward migration quickly revealed significant structural differences between the two database types. Instead of forcing a fragile conversion, we engineered a hybrid solution: hosting the PostgreSQL database separately on our servers and linking it to WordPress through a bespoke integration layer.

This approach allowed the IMF to retain their existing data structure while benefiting from the usability and flexibility of WordPress. The result was a stable, modern platform where legacy systems and new technology work seamlessly together – delivering both technical integrity and long-term reliability.

Residential Solar

For Residential Solar, we created a bespoke multi-stage quoting form that streamlined the process of requesting solar panel installations. The goal was to make generating an accurate, location-based quote as quick and user-friendly as possible.

The system integrated two key APIs: an experimental Google Solar API, which analysed roof size, angle and exposure to estimate solar potential automatically; and the Google Maps API, which gave users a visual confirmation of their property to ensure accuracy. Together, these tools calculated viable installation options without the need for manual measurement.

Once complete, the form generated a personalised email containing a custom PDF quote and a dedicated results page – both tailored to each user’s data. The result was a seamless digital experience that combined intelligent automation with clear, confident communication, enabling Residential Solar to deliver professional, data-driven quotes at speed.

Body Aid Solutions

Body Aid needed a platform that could manage both course sales and student learning in one cohesive system. We designed and built a tailored training dashboard that connects their e-commerce functionality directly with their online education tools, creating a seamless experience from purchase to progression.

Learners can explore fitness courses, view venue options and choose flexible payment plans through an enhanced WooCommerce setup. Once enrolled, their dashboard becomes the hub for study – providing access to course modules, video lessons and interactive quizzes.

Each student’s dashboard automatically tracks progress, displaying completed modules and upcoming tasks while offering feedback throughout their learning journey.

By combining WooCommerce with a custom learning environment, we created a digital platform that’s as practical for administrators as it is engaging for students – helping Body Aid deliver professional training with clarity, convenience and confidence.
