Designed for Marketers, by Marketers
We will not patronise you by telling you what marketing consultancy is – you’ve searched for it, so you know, but we will tell you Geek’s philosophy for a marketing consultancy.
We come in, we learn about your team, the business, the niche; through concentrated research, we give you the silver bullet, and it’s up to you if you want to Geek to pull the trigger or yourselves, but what is guaranteed is that you’ll hit the target every single time.
Metaphors aside, Geek aims to remove the frustration for your marketing team through an in-depth process; every step is designed to remove that frustration more and more.
Discovery
It’s time for some candlelight and soft jazz playing as we begin to get to know each other. The first phase involves said dedicated time to understand our client by learning about the client’s business, marketing objectives, and current marketing performance. Geek’s discovery is three-fold:
Pulse Point
Pulse Point focuses on raw data collection and understanding the client’s market landscape. Pulse Point is solely an exploration and discovery; we begin diving in with an open mind to understand our customers’ sector, competitors, and pain points.
Empathy Drive
Empathy Drive revolves around profoundly understanding the client’s needs and wants. Geek understands the importance of effectively seeing our clients’ perspectives and connecting with them to cater to their specific needs. We begin to learn about your company from the inside out.
Strategic Symphony
Strategic Symphony encompasses the assembly and alignment of all insights gathered from the previous stages. The aim is to create a harmonious orchestration of different pieces of information, creating a cohesive strategy that addresses our client’s needs.
Strategy
Development
Based on the discovery, Geek will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. We will consider our clients’ customers’ frustration alongside our own and create a marketing strategy that targets both pain points. All our marketing strategies will include organic and paid marketing, as combining the two is the ideal strategy for success.
Implementation
Planning
Geek defines an implementation plan, which includes detailed activities, timelines, and responsibilities. Depending on what tools the in-house marketing team has, the implementation stage could involve setting up tools and systems for managing and tracking marketing activities.
Execution &
Support
We are a phone call away, and like every client of ours, we will always offer support and guidance in any way we can, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email, Zoom, etc. – you get the point.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Our team values open communication and comprehensive reporting. In our pursuit to ensure a transparent and constructive exchange of information, we structure our reporting as such:
Fortnightly Snapshot
Every two weeks, we will provide a snapshot of the vital statistics and campaign performance. This compact report is designed to give you a quick summary of the ongoing developments.
Monthly Comprehensive Report
At the end of each month, we will provide a comprehensive report that delves deeper into the analytics of the marketing campaigns, offering granular insights and strategic recommendations to bolster our efforts.
We won’t tell people how to do their jobs – because they know what they’re doing – but we intend to make their jobs easier using our expertise, knowledge and time to inform and influence their marketing planning.
